Everything seems to be in good condition there! How's the finished product? Good thing the eaves are put in quite well to maximize their capability to shed water and prevent direct sunlight from reaching your windows. :)
I can imagine the whole place all fixed and done. It’s going to be spectacular! :) I agree with Alison, the idea of having large and wide eaves is truly convenient for a building.
