First Concrete Pour

The footings were poured today! and what a job.  These guys (as in tradesman) are amazing, the strength they have, and the skill (with dealing in levels and numbers) they possess are definetly underestimated.  Its not just about pouring concrete in a hole, but it takes a degree of skill that most would never be able learn, understand or comprehend.   And our place is complicated, with the different levels and rooms, all sloping, having to be brought to the correct height so the build up and slab come altogether....make sense?
